Vegetarian restaurant Lombardia in Antwerp is very well known to numerous stars including singers Sting and Moby. In 2006 Lombardia’s owner, Alain Indria, came up with a new version of the traditional ginger tea: ‘Gingerlove’. This unique tea combines citrus fruits, ginger and a secret mixture of spices. A special tea demands a special, environmentally responsible cup and Van der Windt Packaging could offer the perfect solution: the 100% bio-degradable and compostable PLA hot drinks cup! All the raw materials for the cups come from natural and sustainable sources. They can be printed in up to six colours, manufactured from 100,000 pieces per design and are available in 4, 7, 8, 10, 12, 16 and 20oz. sizes and can be fitted with CPLA lids. |
