New ‘Full of Passion’ flower sleeve design

Van der Windt, in co-operation with horticultural supplier Nic.Sosef, has developed a new printed sleeve for cymbidium grower Art van Wijk. With this 'Full of Passion' sleeve the company, Seven Orchids, in Zevenhuizen , the Netherlands, aims to stand out very clearly from other growers. The sleeve is made of 60 micron thick, transparent BOPP. This transparent and strong film ensures that the sleeve will not loose its shape during and after filling. The result is an optimum packaging and presentation in the boxes. The sleeves are printed with a repeat design on both inner sides. One major advantage is that this makes inserting the, as a rule awkward, cymbidium stems into the sleeves very easy. No ink being used on the outside of the sleeve means the packed cymbidium stems can remain fixed in place in the boxes during transport so that they arrive at the customer's premises in an optimum condition. |
