Westland’s Provincial authority encourage the separation of plastic waste with special garbage bags

Van der Windt supplies a wide range of garbage bags to every possible segment. Westland's Provincial authority approached Van der Windt for a special project related to the collection of plastic packaging waste. The objective behind the separate collection of plastic packaging waste is twofold: first so the plastic can be recycled and used in other materials, and secondly to reduce CO2 emissions. To promote and stimulate the collection among Westland's residents a plastic garbage bag in which all households can collect, separate and hand in plastic was designed. These bags were issued once, the aim is that in future all households use their own sacks or bags to collect and hand-in plastic. |
