Witmo launches a chicory box for the American market

Witmo in Lier (Belgium) is a family business that for 25 years has been passionate about growing chicory. Belgium remains Witmo's most important market. When Witmo was given the chance to export its products directly to customers in the United States, the company wanted a high-quality and ‘classy' packaging that would reflect the high-quality of its products and make them stand out. The cooperation with Van der Windt Packaging was a successful combination. Van der Windt's packaging design expertise and short, direct lines of communication with its manufacturing partners resulted in a beautiful, stylish, high-quality packaging that could also be taken from wish to finished article in a very short time. The chicory is marketed in the USA under the ‘Artisan of the Earth' label. Artisan of the Earth stands for high-quality Belgian products that are grown with respect for nature. Currently several chicory and red-chicory products are being exported. In the future other products may also be marketed under this label. |
