Van der Windt supplies a complete range of 100% biodegradable and compostable packaging. These articles carry the seedling logo and are certificated in accordance with the EN-13432 standard.One of the product groups comprises a range of cardboard cups with a 100% biodegradable PLA coating. This coating has the same functional characteristics as a PE coating, but the PLA coating means the cups can be completely degraded in industrial composting facilities. What makes this range unique is the fact that they are fully DIN CERTCO certificated and carry the seedling logo with a 7P number. This is the only certification standard that guarantees the cups are truly fully compostable. |
